"The 2023 Branco da Gaivosa Grande Reserva is aromatic and harmonious, serious and clean, without excess. It was produced with a blend of 70% Viosinho and 30% Côdega de Larinho, fermented with neutral yeasts and matured in new and used French and Portuguese (10%) oak barrels for 11 months. It comes in at 13% alcohol with very good freshness and acidity, a pH of 3.39 and 6.2 grams of tartaric acid. It has a lively palate with some spiciness and earthiness and a round mouthfeel. 1,600 bottles produced. " – Wine Advocate
