2007年冬天雖然潮濕，3、4月的氣溫卻頗高，有利於植物的生長。接著，一直到8月，有很長一段時間天氣都是灰沉而溫和。因此技術上需要加強監督維護。 9月初天氣轉好，利於葡萄靜靜成熟。這年的特點是有13個滿月，植物生長周期比正常情況來得長。

香氣幽微。口感圓潤，入口寬廣厚足。餘味口感堅實。木香完全融合在酒中。

Fresh tobacco and blackberry aromas follow through to a medium- to full-bodied palate, with polished tannins and a pretty finish. Caressing and attractive, with a lot of new wood. Best after 2012. WS
